Replacement, Refund and Cancellation Policies
1. Replacement Policy:
1.1. The customer has the right to request a replacement service in the event that there was an error on the part of "Saudi Leap Coaching", or the customer chose the service incorrectly.
1.2. The replacement request must be made within 72 hours from the date of the service request.
1.3. The new service will be rescheduled in agreement with the customer according to the times available to our consultants.
2. Refund Policy:
2.1. In the event of dissatisfaction with the service provided, the customer has the right to request a refund of the amount paid within 48 hours from the date of providing the service, with convincing reasons.

2. Refund Policy:
2.1. In case of dissatisfaction with the service provided, the client has the right to request a refund within 48 hours from the date of service provision, with convincing reasons.
2.2. The amount will not be refunded if the reason is a change of mind or a change in the client's personal circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1. The client can cancel the session or program 48 hours before its date and the full amount will be refunded.
3.2. In case of cancellation within 24 hours of the session date, 50% of the amount paid will be deducted.
3.3. The client can request to keep the amount paid to benefit from it in a later advisory service.
