We are born with dreams and the purpose of being alive. We spend years drawing and painting these dreams with ambition, self actualization and goals. However life conditioning and balanced raising are the best reformer of self actualization.
In 1969 I was born in Mecca knowing nothing except being alive. Like any other childhood in my community, being raised in a conservative family considering the rules of tribe and religion. Besides starting to be a follower and observer rather than a leader and giver, which are my real me. After 30 years I discovered that I am a transformational leader and giver by nature. The first 30 years in my life helped me to prosper the second part of my life until I reached 50 years old. The third chapter started when I was truly looking for my real passion and unconditional love. The journey started with releasing traumas in my body and mind to healing soul and feelings.
I am the dreamer Abdallah Alsaif Alqahtani from Saudi Arabia. I hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master degree in Business and Administration (MBA). During my career I was granted international credentials and certificates as examples; project management professional, certified purchasing manager, international arbitrator and negotiator, and angel investor. In the last three years, I established several businesses and I was a business coach for small and medium enterprises in Saudi Arabia. I was approached by the Ministry of Commerce to support Monshaat and provide my transformational leadership and experience in the supply chain.
With unconditional love we decided to pursue my passion for coaching and establish Leap Coaching Foundation. This foundation transforms the individual life to fulfill the purpose of his/her life.
